You earn points every time you make a qualifying purchase at Don Empanadas. Just provide your phone number at checkout and your points are automatically tracked through our Square system.

Once you reach the reward threshold, your reward becomes available automatically.

Do points expire?
Points may expire after a period of inactivity. We recommend using your rewards regularly!
Do rewards expire?
Yes — once issued, rewards may have an expiration window. We’ll send reminder notifications before a reward expires so you don’t miss out.

Is there a cost to join?
No. Don Rewards is completely free to join. It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting us.

Do I need to download an app?
No app required. Our loyalty program runs through Square and works automatically with your phone number.

Can I earn points at breweries, events, and campuses?
Yes — wherever the Don Empanadas food truck is operating, you can earn and redeem points on qualifying purchases.
Loyalty points are awarded only on purchases made directly through our Square POS system.
Transactions made using:
•University student meal plans
•Institution-issued meal cards
•Pre-paid food tickets
•Event vouchers
•Sponsored meal distributions
do not qualify for loyalty points, as no direct payment is processed through our POS system.
Your visits still matter — and when you purchase directly, your rewards add up.

Can rewards be combined with other promotions?
Rewards may not be combined with certain discounts or special promotions. If you’re unsure, just ask us at checkout.

What if I forget to enter my phone number?
Let us know before the transaction is completed and we’ll do our best to add your points.
Once a transaction is finalized, points typically cannot be retroactively applied.
