Terms & Conditions:

Don Empanadas Rewards is administered through our POS provider, Square. By enrolling in the program, you agree to allow Don Empanadas to track qualifying purchases for the purpose of awarding and redeeming loyalty points.
 

Points are awarded only on qualifying purchases processed directly through Don Empanadas’ Square POS system. Transactions processed through third-party payment systems, institutional meal plans, pre-paid tickets, vouchers, or sponsored distributions are not eligible for loyalty points.
 

Points:
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Are non-transferable
• May not be combined with certain promotions or discounts
• May expire after a period of inactivity
 

Rewards:
• Are subject to availability
• May have expiration dates
• Cannot be replaced if lost or expired
 

Don Empanadas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, its rewards structure, or its terms at any time without prior notice.
 

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
